In 2012-2013, the Mentorship Programme is organized by the Careers Guidance Committee. Through organizing different assemblies, small group gatherings and practical trainings, we hope that a closer relationship between the alumnae and our students will be developing. Besides, this Programme provides a platform for our students to learn more precious experiences from different professionals. We believe that our students will broaden their horizons and widen their insights.

Introduction
本校升輔組於2012-2013年度起，舉辦「大手牽小手－學姐計劃」。透過大型聚會、小組面談、工作實習等，希望延續歷屆校友及在校學妹的情誼，為大家提供互動平台，交流寶貴經驗及意見。讓學生在課堂以外，向來自不同專業、走在人生不同階段的學姐學習，從而擴闊學生視野及人際網絡，以進一步規劃前路，並增加對學校的歸屬感。
